Arcade Food Hall is a renowned international food and beverage destination on New Oxford Street that's inspired by street market culture. Established by the people behind Bao, Gymkhana, and Flor, it is a large, gleaming space where food and the customer come first.
I recently visited the place and I have to say that I was pleased with the excellent and prompt service. There is no long wait after scanning a QR code to place an order online. Despite the fact that there were so many people eating in the food hall, the food arrived quickly. I went for shawarma, a sandwich, a drink, and Prawn Omotesando.
The food was delicious, the ambiance was lovely, and the service was exceptional. You must reserve a table and order everything via the app, which is then delivered to you by the staff! It was lovely compared to other food halls where you had to find a table and collect the food yourself. The drink I ordered was the Far East hold up, and it was delicious!!
However, I believe that replacing the mustard and ketchup with some homemade sauce would have improved it. The sandwich sausage was delicious! Surprisingly, my favorite dish was actually Prawn Omotesando from a sushi counter - fresh deep-fried prawn wrapped in deep-fried nori and rice with citrus, chives, and Japanese mayo. This is a must-try dish! Overall, because there are multiple kitchens and everyone is sure to find something they like, the Arcade food hall is a great place to go for lunch or a night out with friends.
