The Beaumont participated again in this year’s London Craft Week for the fifth time and this year, the centrepiece of their collection was an elegant and classy bespoke humidor. The intricately crafted component was designed and built into the walls of the lobby by DeART’s finest craftspeople. DeART are the creators and designers of exquisite humidors.
At The Beaumont, DeART also got to showcase their master craftsmanship through their latest exquisite handmade cigar humidors. The humidors feature cutting-edge technology and are some of the most beautiful in the world.
DeART has a long history of providing cigar connoisseurs and collectors with elegant and innovative cigar storage and humidification solutions. The company, established in 1837, is one of the oldest surviving manufacturers of cigar storage products.
Made of quality wood, the humidor at The Beaumont’s lobby has two drawers and features a removable and adjustable shelf for cigar storage. It is the kind of high-end humidor most likely to be found at exclusive hotels, private homes and cigar clubs.
The high-tech humidor features a combination of a fan-forced, naturally-ventilated humidor and an automatic drip tray. It is equipped with an LED display panel to keep track of the humidity level and the temperature inside the humidor.
An adjustable temperature control with a magnetic temperature sensor and temperature display keeps the cigars at the right temperature, while a vacuum-sealed humidification system keeps the cigars fresh and smoke-free. It is a cigar humidor that is designed to be used in any kind of weather.
There were other smaller custom-made humidors from DeART showcased at The Beaumont’s Le Magritte Bar, but it was the one at the lobby carried the day.
